Meet the "Telegram agents Payout module" update

The module allows you to set up currency payouts through operators who will receive messages with possible requests in a separate telegram group. The group will be able to see the details of the request, assign to them and change their status after successful/unsuccessful payment.

The administrator will be able to monitor in the group the status of the request, operators, and the time spent on the payment.

How do I install the module?

Install the module using the special "Install plugin" functionality. We enclose instructions on how to do this easily and simply:

1. First you need to create a group in Telegram. Click on the button with three dots in the top left corner in Telegram on your phone or computer, select "Create a group", give it a name and add members.
2. Add to the bot group https://t.me/payout_agents_bot.
3. Next you need to go to the admin panel of the script, select the "Merchant and API" page, then click on the "PAYOUT SYSTEM" section and on the settings in the block with the "Payout Agents" payout module.
4. When you get to the module settings page, select the API URL, API Key, Secret Key values in the corresponding fields and save by clicking the "Save" button next to each field. 
5. In the column "Send route fields (from order)" select the appropriate option Yes or No and also click "Save". Yes should be selected so that the details of the order will show the data of the withdrawal currency and directions. No assumes that only the data of the payment currency will be displayed.
6. The payout module can be selected in the settings. In the currency/direction column, select "Payout Agents". Only one "Payout Agents" module can be selected in one TG group. If you need more than one, you need to create additional groups in the TG. If you need separate payments in UAH and in USD, you can duplicate the plugin via the Install plugin functionality we discussed earlier. You need to specify a separate "Directory path" for each plugin. In addition, in each new group you will get a unique API URL, API Key, Secret Key, which must be specified for each new module.

How do I interact with the application?

1. To each of the TG groups, you need to add operators who will process applications. 
2. The bot will send a message to the group with all the details of the customer's request. For example, the operators did not accept the request or it is being processed. The bot will send requests only after the status "For payment" is set.
3. The operator will have to click on "Accept" as soon as he accepts the request and is ready to work with it. In this case, a specific operator will be assigned to a specific application.
4. The operator can either complete the payout or disconnect from it. By clicking on the "Cancel" button, the operator indicates an error in the payout. You will also see the time when the operator unsubscribed. The client should send another message to the bot to have the request processed by another operator. To do this, you need to change the status to "On payout". If the operator clicked on the "Done" button, it means that the request is completed.

In the application, you must specify the number, data from the fields and the withdrawal amount. If the operator has a user name set, it will be displayed as soon as he accepts the request, if there is no user name, his first name and surname will be displayed. In the "Currency" section you will see the type of currencies and withdrawal currency.
